Mrs Omolola Nurat Faro is a MSC degree holder from the Ekiti State University Ado Ekiti and B.Ed. certificate from the University of Benin. An Administrator per excellence with over 30 years working experience in Public service. She currently sits as chairperson on the board of Emerald Medals Group. A devoted Christian with passion for Philanthropic work.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To Chair all board meeting and annual general meeting
  • to act as a liaison between management and the Board;
  • to provide independent advice and counsel to the CEO;
  • to keep abreast generally of the activities of the Company and its management;
  • to ensure that the Directors are properly informed and that sufficient information is provided to enable the Directors to form appropriate judgments

Babatunde Emmanuel Faro was born to the family of Elder Rufus Obe Faro and Mrs Omolola Nurat Faro in the capital city of Akure in Ondo State.

He started his education at Bishop Hughes Nursery and Primary School, Akure between 1989 and 1996 after which he proceeded to the St Thomas Aquinas College Akure from 1996 – 2002. His endeavor for Tertiary education made him to attend the Prestigious University of Ilorin where he bagged a B.SC Degree in Microbiology in 2006. Babatunde also has a MBA degree in Financial Management from the Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso.

Babatunde started her working career at Librod Chemicals Limited, Port Harcourt in 2007 after which he joined Equitorial Trust Bank Limited in 2008 which signaled the start of an Investment banking career that spanned over 11 years across several banks such as Sterling Bank Plc, Diamond Bank Plc and Access Bank Plc.  A Passionate lover of God, Babatunde is a Philanthropist with strong passion for helping the needy and less privileged. His Hobby includes Travelling, Reading and mentorship of young business individuals. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Member- Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Managers of Nigeria, Member –Nigeria Institute of Management.

Babatunde Tolulope - Chief Operating Officer / Director

Babatunde Tolulope is a Nigerian with 13 years working experience in project coordination. Tolulope is a graduate of Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye and also a diploma holder in Entrepreneur and Business Management from the National Open University of Nigeria. Mr Babatunde Tolulope possess several professional certificates which includes Scrum and Agile Management-Crestrad, UK. Tolulope currently function as the Chief Operating Officer

  • Responsible for trading for the organization and for our clients under the firm’s platform
  • Handles business activities such as buying and selling products  from leading countries of the world in a highly professional manner

Responsible for ensuring that all transactions whether it is cash transaction or online credit transaction are recorded in the correct daybook, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger and proper regulatory returns are filed.

Olajumoke Motunrayo Faro holds a B.SC degree in Business Administration from the Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, MBA in Business Administration from the Prestigious Joseph Ayo Babalola University. Mrs Olajumoke Monturayo Faro currently functions as the Executive Director , corporate services for the Group , she ensure overall institutional effectiveness of the organization

Michael Omobomi - Business Development Specialist

He is a Graduate of History and international Studies from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti 2010. With a working experience in client’s management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting & Learning (MERL) with capacity building trainings from both local and international organizations on care and support for vulnerable groups, Served as one-time member of Ekiti State Child Welfare Committee and vast in the usage of reporting Tools like Nomis, DHIS 1.0 and 1.4.

With well over 12 years working experience on project planning and implementation, Research skills and methodology. Procurement, supplies and installations. Participated in the largest survey ever done by man on human subjects; served as a team lead for south west states with UMB/FMoH, He is highly skilled in facilitation /communication and a good team player.

He has been instrumental in the recovery of multimillion Naira recovery debts and maintenance of high profile portfolios, while ensuring a good working relationship between the client and the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
  • Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities

Olajumoke mary Faro holds a BSC degree in Accounting from University of Ado Ekiti in Nigeria and completed an MBA in Finance at Coventry University in the United Kingdom after completely her mandatory one year National Youth Service Corp in Niger State, Nigeria. She is currently in the process of completing her ICAN certification here in Nigeria.

Olajumoke is an intelligent, goal driven individual that strive for unparrelled growth and excellence with a can-do attitude. Her educational background and experiences thus far are relevant in finance industry.

In her career, she has worked with high profile clients and has played lead role in multi-million naira cash recovery for this organization. Olajumoke experience in marketing and management has helped scale up an SME to a multi-million naira company. She is diligent, pays attention to detail, work well under pressure, seamlessly manage complex task, and a great team player.

 

Olajumoke enjoy giving back to the society and she is a huge advocate for corporate social responsbility. She also enjoys traveling, reading books, and listening to good music.

  • Participate in compensation management, semi-annual incentive compensation payments. Provide financial and analytical support for the incentive compensation accounting and forecasting processes. Respond to ad-hoc projects related to incentive compensation program
  • Assist with the new business process and working with Finance and Business Managers.
  • Cash reconciliations, payment date accounting, monthly reporting and report production, daily modeling, analysis and reporting and financial Analysis.
  • Responsible for the day- to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas.
  • Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas.

She’s a graduate of Civil Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. She graduated with top honors and joined the firm in 2018 and had her National Youth Service at Federal Roads Maintenance Agency Headquarters, Abuja.

She has vast experience in the Engineering construction industry, and has also supervised several Engineering related projects one of which is the supervision of multimillion project in the construction of an Axle Load Scales/ Weigh Stations Along Enugu-Abakaliki – Ikom – Mfum (Cameroun Border) Road In Nigeria sponsored by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the African Development Bank.

She has her COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) registration in view and is of great value to our project/procurement costing process as well as execution.

Added to her Engineering abilities is her expertise in the use of some software application such as AutoCAD, Orion 18, Autodesk Revit, Microsoft office, CorelDraw, CivilCAD and so on.
